In this regard, in recent years, flexography standards involve discarding rubber roller systems in favor of more precise dosing systems based on a doctor blade that removes excess ink from the surface of the anilox roller.
The closed-chamber system has all the advantages of the reverse-angle doctor blade system, but it also allows for higher-speed operation and delivers better results, especially in the case of high-quality multicolor printing.
